A caution for possession of a firearm with intent, more than 15 years old, was still affecting our client's career. The police deleted the caution and the entire PNC record, so a police check now shows "no trace".

A false allegation during a separation led to an ABH caution that could have ended our client's healthcare career. The police deleted it and the regulator dropped its investigation.
