We have again had a police caution deleted for a client. The client’s PNC record has now been entirely deleted.

The client had been issued a caution for a racially aggravated public order offence.

Although the caution had been issued a long time ago, we were able to piece the evidence together to show that it was in fact impossible for the client to have been guilty of the offence.

After we presented our findings to the police they agreed to the deletion.

As the client hoped to move into a regulated profession, had it not been deleted, the caution would have been a significant, and possibly permanent, obstacle.
