DBS Barred Lists

Articles related to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) barred lists. If you have been cautioned, convicted, or maybe only accused of a crime, you can be placed on the DBS’s children or adults barred lists, or both. For some crimes there is automatic barring, with no right to make representations, for other offences, there is a right to make representations and to appeal a barring decision to the Upper Tribunal.
