Another Police Caution Removed for Client

We have again had a police caution removed for a client, a professionally qualified lawyer (solicitor).

The client had been unfairly issued a police caution and asked us to apply to the police to remove the caution.

After making representations to the police they agreed that the police caution had been improperly issued and agreed to expunge the caution from the police national computer (PNC).

DBS Disclosure Certificates and Unfair Police Cautions

The client will now have a clear DBS certificate and no longer needs to disclose the caution on job application forms.
