Student Teacher has Police Caution Deleted
Our client, a University graduate who wanted to follow a career in teaching, was issued a police caution for assaulting a police officer.
On the face of it the evidence appeared very strong against our client; there were two police officers who provided statements that our client had assaulted them.
At the police station she had appeared to provide an admission to the allegation, and had accepted the caution. On reviewing the evidence however we were able to identify serious flaws in the police’s case, which compelled the police to expunge the caution.
Now that the police caution has been deleted, the client will be able to continue her plans to become a teacher.
Along with deleting the police caution, the police also deleted the client’s PNC arrest record, biometric data, and custody image.
