Deletion of Caution for Drugs Record

We have successfully applied for the deletion of a possession of drugs police caution for our client.

Our client wanted to move to a country that takes a very strict approach to drugs offences. Had the caution been retained the client would have been forced to give up on significant opportunities.

Now that  the caution is deleted, the client’s police certificate is clear, stating “No Trace” as opposed to “No Live Trace”.
