We have again had a caution expunged for a client.
Our client was a professional University academic, the caution was having a serious adverse effect on the client’s professional advancement.

Within a relatively short period of time the police agreed to expunge the client’s caution and PNC record.
Now that the caution is expunged, the client can return to work, safe in the knowledge that they will have a clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
