Police Caution Removed Again

We have again had a police caution removed for a client, a health care professional.

Police Cautions and Health Care Professionals

The police had made several procedural errors which we  quickly identified.

That’s brilliant news – Thanks very much for all your hard work.

Police Cautions for ABH

After making representations to the police they agreed the caution had been wrongly issued and deleted the caution. The caution had been for ABH and so had it remained on the client’s record it would have been disclosed by the DBS forever.
