Police Caution Removed for Teacher

We have again had a police caution removed, this time the caution was for a teacher.

The caution had a devastating impact on the client’s career.

After analysing the case we were able to see defects in the procedure. We were able to have the police caution expunged after making detailed representations on the client’s behalf.

If you are living with a police caution, or arrest record, that is holding you back, then please get in touch.
