Police Caution removed for Pharmacist – successful Police Caution removal after expert legal representations

We have again had a police caution expunged for a client, a Pharmacist.

The client was given a police caution in relation to an assault, after reviewing the evidence we determined that the caution had been given unfairly.

Wow wasn’t expecting this, I thought caution removal was very rare.
Thank you so much, very grateful for your help in all this!

Can I get a Police Caution Removed From my Police Record?

We crafted careful representations to the police, pointing out the failings in the case. The police agreed with our submission and removed the police caution without the need for issuing Court proceedings.

If you have received an unfair police caution then please get in touch. we have extensive experience of removing police cautions, including the old style youth reprimands/warnings, and also of making appeals to the DBS and care standards tribunal.
